Depends on state… I use glossy…. If needed could use buffer side of nail file. Those big, colorful , 4 sided, 7 textured nail files
10 mil teslin. 7 mil lam in front. 10 in back. Vice versa. Depending on state and sec features on a 3rd over lam ply. Perhaps?

Some states have a data field that is randomly generated or secretly generated by given agency, so no way to populate/generate this number. For WA state for example, this number is called discrimination number (or something close)... it’s in front of ID -`

Barcode generator can be a free one. At least in my experience.. use PDF Center.. better yet... Code your own! In any case be sure that it has auto compaction.. (switched the the type of data it's encoding as it encodes ..to ensure proper codewords,

What makes a laminator better than the others?? Different concept is to just heat both sides to get the adhesive to melt and stick properly without bubbles then shouldn't that be good enough?

The coloring in "Washington" looks blue-ish. Don't know if that's the camera's doing or what. Font is off. OVI is too far in weight font. The three washington seals in front are supposed to be raised and not OVI. Tree looks decent.. looks like the foil
Noticed on Your New WA.. your pdf417 needs to flipped and reversed... lol. Very nice though
New CA’s dob on mugshot is more of an engraved look and feel rather than a raised one.
