Vector gives you the benefit of being able to resize the image at any time for any application. For example, a logo produced without vector will look very different printed on a coffee mug versus blown up and printed on the side of a vehicle. The design may have been built to look great on a coffee mug, but when blown up to go on the side of a vehicle, it may look pixelated and very low quality. If the logo had been made a vector, you would be able to expand the size without losing any quality.

Basically to answer your question, when it comes to making fake IDs specifically, because the size is known and always the same, there is nothing gained by creating any aspect of this using vector, as long as it is initially designed using the correct sizes for an ID.

Yes I know how vector works. But was just curious if anyone has seen a difference on ID temps.,?? Photoshop prints text as vector as long as there in text format (tool) & not asterized.

No, there is no difference as long as the photoshop was originally designed for the size of an ID.

Vector def makes a huge difference in resizing as it will maintain the same image quality regardless of the size of the image.

Yes I know it does on the screen, but what about when actually printing??

ILLUSTRATOR is a better tool for beginners and for those who want to create simple graphics. Photoshop is a more powerful tool, but it takes more time and effort to master. I would recommend this https://masterbundles.com/templates/presentations/powerpoint/proposal/ site to download best templates about proposal. Photoshop is a great tool to use if you want to create realistic photos, while Illustrator is better suited for creating decorative images or logos. Both programs offer comprehensive tools for editing, but Illustrator's brush-based system allows you to create more complex strokes than Photoshop's lasso tool.
