Who's selling scannable barcodes that will pass Intellicheck? Just passing BCS scanner doesn't mean scan is correct. Anyone know a vendor?

This is my question I've brought up a few times on here and I have determined so far that with certain States have a discriminator number which is generated randomly solely by that agency period meaning there's no way to replicate that number. And I think that stores like AT&t somehow do a web service call to DMV to see if that discriminator number matches up. For Washington state for example has the discriminator ID on the front . Or maybe it's some other piece of information, I don't know. I've racked my brain and I've tried it almost every cell phone store every retail store.. the only way around this is if you have a scan of the fullz that you're trying to use but then again now we're getting getting into fraud talk so I'll stop right there. So in short -it may not be possible.

Most vendors can but most will not . Usually when a person comes stright out and asks for it to scan like that its for fraud or shopping at the A T&T store.
