Thickness is comparable to real, same with text's texture.
The only etching it's missing is the small ones in the headshot. The central engraving is present, however it is missing the outline of "LONESTAR" around that circle.

Think you would've heard something if they would take it further, they likely just took a look at your ID and made sure it matched with one of your credit cards or memberships. Don't sweat it

In the same boat, send them an email or wickr. They'll let you know its status (china, reshipper posession etc.).

It's being transferred from DHL (Z)then being transferred to USPS apparently, I dunno i'm in the dark.
The particular reshipper could be located in Canada, guess it's considered domestic as it is on the N American continent :P
Noble is known to advertise extremely quick turnaround times, says usually 3-5 days but don't quote me on that. Cheers
