OIS package is doing some weird things in tracking ( self )

I ordered an OIS ID in february, it came to my town in march, then it went BACK to the international airport in New York. Why is this? Has anybody ever had a package come to your town then get redirected back? Is it possibly seized?

nobody is knocking on your door for an ID... most that would happen is they seize it

same - I ordered from OIS early march, it was shipped and got to my city April 7th and it has just been inbound thru customs for like weeks now... idk what to do about it
