<OIS via Domestic> Explained ( self )

Ordered from OIS 4/13 and received tracking and all that good stuff on 4/20.

After sending e-mails of "just be patient" and "just wait" I called DHL seeing if the problem was on their end. They said that they hadn't recieved the package.

Their Domestic Shipping option said quicker turnaround with as shipping time of 11-14 (later changed to 14-18 after I emailed them). I'd understand if the order was from overseas to the U.S. but it's being shipped [from <750mi. from it's origin & destination]

What's going on?

Here is how the domestic shipping option works: A large package of around 50-100 ids is shipped out from the manufacturing facility, based in China, per week. This package is sent to our reshippers based in the United States. Our reshippers then expertly organize, repackage and reship the IDs based on the order details we provide them. This enables our customers to bear little to no risk on their part since the IDs are not being sent internationally to them, only domestically. This is a new step our team has implemented and we believe even though it make take a little longer, the cost benefit analysis weighs in favor of the shipping method 9 times out of 10, especially in the middle of a pandemic when no one is going out to use their IDs anyway. The team is still looking to streamline the process and are working around the clock to make this the best ID ordering experience there is on the market. I hope you understand and we at OIS hope that you receive your IDs soon.

There not domestic period regardless of a shipping option you should know this and dont announce where its being shipped from regardless if the reading audience can tell or not

OIS said it himself that it's using a domestic reshipper on the forums for that option.

Was led to believe that that meant it was being produced domestic.
