    That's normal for domestic, you'll get an update once it arrives at a usps facility. I would wait until day 15 before emailing again

    They confirm the orders at night. If the submit payment info button is gone and u know the wallet address u sent funds to shoot them an email. They can track it down and confirm.

    OIS old u21 and o21 are really good. I've look at both side by side with physicals and the differences are minor. Make sure you send them a good picture though...they're photoshop has been subpar lately.

    Sounds like a 1 off situation but there was some issues with past orders being lost. I got my reprints in today after almost 2 months. You're just gonna have to be patient/email them.

    Really isn't that big of a deal. Most bouncers will just give you your ID back. If I remember correctly patronscan is a box scanner which no fake is gonna pass. Moral of the story here is if you're scared to use a fake don't buy one.

    the lense image in the bottom right doesn't change when you angle the ID in the light. No vendor can replicate that security feature yet. Not a good choice for in state use because of it

    I really like OIS oTX. Don't recommend any nTX but if you have to get one they're all pretty similar.

    It ain't rocket science, get out and talk to people. If you are on a college campus that's a whole customer base right in front of you.

    I've had a domestic take 9 days before updating, if it's been scanned in chances are you will receive it. The 12-15 day window starts when the order is marked as shipped

    I have one from February and it does not pass that app. However, OIS did post a video of their nMO passing recently
