old iron side scam? ( self )

roughly a month ago, I placed an order with oldironsides paid with bitcoin and the money was transferred out of my account.The order is stuck at "payment pending." I tried to contact them via email but haven't heard anything back. I am afraid I just got scammed. Has anyone else had this happen?

Email them again, make sure you include your order number in your info and such

Did u fill out the form on the payment page? If you don’t enter what wallet address u sent funds to and the amount the status will say “payment pending”
