OIS please help sent payment but on orders it still says payment pending. ( self )

I ordered 3 ids. Once on the order info and payment info page, i copy and pasted the bitcoin address on there and sent the bitcoin from coinbase. I have the receipt and everything. Then i clicked submit payment info, but it just got stuck on a loading screen and it was like that for half an hour so i just closed the window assuming the order had been done. Please help me or tell me if i should put the order number i dont know if that's sensitive information if it is please dm and ill send it to you, i really need these ids in the coming weeks. i payed with bitcoin if that makes a difference. Now when i click on my orders it still says payment pending and gives me the options to pay again and it s been 2 hours already

They confirm the orders at night. If the submit payment info button is gone and u know the wallet address u sent funds to shoot them an email. They can track it down and confirm.

Oh thank god i just went on there and it says order confirmed, i was freaking out because i recently got scammed twice
