OIS Stuck on Departed Shipping Parter Facility ( self )

Hello,

My order has been stuck on the status Departed Shipping Partner Facility, USPS Awaiting Item since Oct. 27th, and it arrived to the facility on the 23rd. It’s been 11 days since it departed the shipping partner facility and I ordered Domestic Shipping (12-15 days?), will there be any updates on shipping soon?

I also sent an email to customer service with more detail but nobody responded.

That's normal for domestic, you'll get an update once it arrives at a usps facility. I would wait until day 15 before emailing again
