What is the threshold for quality scans. I have u21 nPA and access to o21 nPA as well. I could possibly be able to get a hold of nIL u21 and GA u21.

Well you’re going to have to say you’re turning 23 because of when the IDs are issued. I mean they’d probably be ok but it’s worth looking at some other budget IDs too. He has a $30 nPA that looks decent
OIS nPA —
I’ve used it in state (bars, grocery stores, beer distributor) without any issues. I don’t use it at liquor stores because PA has state stores and they’re more strict so I use a different fake.
If this business every gets legalized somehow we have to let the vendors box it out and throw some bets on it as a community. I’d take the chinks everytime
OIS nPA works instate for me as well. OIS TX has worked in DFW area and Austin without issue.
Depends on the shipping method. Sometimes it takes a few days. If it’s there for a lot longer/you get a seizure notification then that’s fine but you’re going to need to figure out reprints and a different shipping address

You could get a MI (OIS or Lucy), WI (Lost or OIS), TN (dove), MO (Dove, budget or OIS), or you could go for farther out of state like OIS GA CA or TX. FYD probably had the best IL but none are ISP

There are definitely better OIS IDs. I have a nPA from OIS and use it instate because it has almost all my real info on it but it’s not perfect. I have his nFL and that’s probably one of his best. Also solid are his NC, nCT, oCA, TX, MO. As far as domestic
