Which means that you entered the wrong issuance date when purchasing. I'm not saying that it shouldn't state on the website when the holograms were valid, but you should do some research first to make sure your ID is "valid".

If the holograms were outdated that doesn't mean they're incorrect. As long as the issuance date aligns with the date the holograms were issued you'll be fine. Honestly, I think there are other reasons you had it taken.
