Old Iron Side Fake Snapped ( self )

I have a little bit of an issue... I got my id and they were great! I recommended oldironside fakes to everyone but my fake snapped and they said that they pass the bend test. Is there any way I can get a replacement since I never actually got to use it?

How did it snap? i have never snapped an id in my life and ive been making them now almost 8 years. You would have to kill that shit to get it to break.
