It's called a lens and i don't think there's a current way to fully replicate them, or at least flawlessly.
Most of your issues would be avoided if you just choose a state that you're not from. I think OIS and/or Magic has the best CA though they aren't identical.
Noble has one of the most legit rush options out of most of the vendors. Entered their giveaway and decided to pay for the Super Rush option instead. Ordered around 4/22, ID was received on 4/30. Their CS rep was also prompt and patient. Review will be up
Process to enter was fast and easy. CS was incredibly helpful and patient when I had an issue from my side. Everything seems great, can’t wait to review it once received!
