    My FYD OH has the correct UV printed. Maybe yours was missing? Check the UV and see if it's present on your duplicate.



    Reselling. What vendor should I go with? —

    FYD has a reseller program. It's $35 per ID (duplicate included).

    Are you using the app on an Android? I received the same error message scanning with an Android but things went flawlessly when I scanned with my iPhone and iPad.



    Wanna hear a joke? —

    Why is Lost-identification listed on your VVL as domestic with a 2-3 weeks turnaround time? They aren't domestic and I'm not sure if they're selectively scamming. I placed 2 orders with them and neither have been received in 6 weeks.

    There aren't many reliable, domestic vendors. If you delivery a quality product, you'll be making bank ;)

    Sometimes the mailman won't have time to deliver your package so he'll mark it as "delivered attempted" to avoid trouble with his boss. Check your mail box tomorrow and if it's not there, go to USPS with your tracking number.
