My order from 3 weeks ago somehow didn't make it into the batch received by the reshipper yesterday (in other words it hasn't been shipped and probably won't even arrive in a month). His CS hasn't told me anything concrete about what's going on. This seems like a repeat of the mess they "cleaned up" recently where missing orders weren't addressed for 6 weeks+. :(
