OIS shipping? ( self )

Ordering from OIS, it says the shipment is supposed to arrive today on SF express, but the package is also in a different state. Should I still expect it? (In NJ and I'm in NY)

SF shipping updates lag behind actual status, so it may be in NY. However, their expected delivery time is usually way off too.

Mine says pre-Shipment and has for a couple days now is this normal? Ordered on the 8th.

I also ordered from OIS. I exchanged emails with them and since several days they told me it will be ship the current day of the email. But no tracking number yet. And I paid for express. Furthermore, in a first email, they said hat it will be sent by DHL, 2 weeks later, they wrote it will be Fedex... I know that it was Chinese New Year, but I dont' see any change even if they told me it's ready to ship... I need it soon, so I begin to be disappointed. :-(
