They didn't issue the new Ohio IDS until July 1st. As long as you make the issue date before then you're good. The new ones aren't in effect until 2020
IDKING was pretty fast for my recent order. From the time I ordered it I got it in like 2 weeks. But I paid through Western Union so it took longer because of that. Use Bitcoin and it should cut it down a few days. Quality it great for their Ohio
I initially tried FYD and after 2 weeks they never collected my WU payment. I ended up cancelling. I just went with IDKING!
