Uncertainty Factor clarification —
It is basically a rating for how uncertain you are about what the ID should actually look like. If you have real O21 IDs in hand it would be low. If you've never seen the ID you purchased before it would be high.

Damn bro, that was a long read, they were really trying to get him. Really sucks for Ted, but at least it is very revealing in terms of the type of surveillance/ops they conduct for current vendors.
