FYD Support Down and Status Frozen —
In the same boat. Will be officially two weeks since my order date this weekend and I'm still In Progress. My girlfriend doesn't even need the ID until June but she won't get off my ass about the status of it

I ordered a FYD on 3/17 and it has been in progress for a week now. When I asked CS when it would ship I was told it would be at least two weeks despite FYD saying he would have a one week turnaround now. I'm not complaining, even a two week turnaround is
