For Those That Didn't Receive Complete Orders (2nd time posting this) —
where do you respond to tickets? i sent some in a couple days ago and maybe i got a response, but ultimately im not totally sure where to find a response if there was one. also, if you have time, i'm order 5122, and a basic status update would be great.
