I am waiting for VVL verification at the moment, keep an eye for me over there. I make NSWs but trying to work out how to make VICs, they are tricky because of the clear window.
I am waiting to be verified, I've submitted to the admins, just waiting for approval. I can make NSW, working on other states too. Just keep an eye on the VVL, hopefully I'll be there soon.

Scan with any barcode reader, I have read that this number scans to the licence number, I am yet to test it myself, but will find out soon. Scanning to see if they work in clubs you won't find an app for that, it's all trial and error.
