I still have yet to resolve this issue... I have noticed it logs me out at exactly 30 minutes every single time even with activity. How come I am the only one with this issue? Could it be because of my vpn? I have also tried switching browsers.

The DOB and the headshot on the back of the ID have been an issue that has been brought up months ago and you guys still have yet to do anything about it...

This sums up lost ID customer service reps perfectly. They try to avoid actually fixing the problem at all costs.
I do not agree, if the vendor does not meet there claimed turn around times they have a right to be pissed. Vendors on here need to learn to be more proffessional and to go out of there way to meet those deadline even if shit hits the fan it’s part of runn
