It's just frustrating paying express shipping and then not even getting any emails back from CS for whatever reason. i ordered in the first week of may, figured it would've been shipped at least by now.
Why? It's worked fine for me every time and been picked up in a decent amount of time every order. It's not the payment I'm posting about.
I've received emails from you guys to the same email though, and not too long ago. I'll just keep an eye out I guess & send a ticket if I'm super concerned.
