Old Ironside Order on hold, no response ( self )

I have ordered from them before and the CS was amazing; I got responses in 20 minutes. ordered again a couple days ago and was questioning the order status (on hold) even though payment sent (btc) and should be processing. Emailed a couple times but no response and just want to make sure payment has gone through/ why it’s on hold.

My order has been on hold as well. I’ve emailed them a couple of times and haven’t gotten a response (!!every other time they’ve been wonderful about replying!!). I paid for rush shipping so I’m hoping I hear from them soon lol
