Question: How long does it typically take for your status to change from "Payment received" to "In progress"? Been waiting about week now for two orders, just wondering because my previous orders have not taken this long. thanks! not in rush just wondering

My order took a little over a week to switch from Payment Received to In Progress, now it's been on In Progress for almost a week. Must be a lot of orders, at lease I hope that's the issue.
