This is exactly why I recommenced Evolved to everyone. You guys actually listen to your customers and are constantly approving. There may be road bumps but in the end you guys always remain on top!

Do you keep note of your ticket numbers? if not then you could potentially be missing the responses cause my cs tags tickets that i need to be tagged in and ive been going through all of mine lately.

You could pm me here as a last resort if my cs isnt getting back to you though. I don't have one PM from you. PM me ticket number and I'll look into it.

I am in the same boat, not only that, but this person is not responding to my reddit messages. Please refund me!! I have not received my IDs and I’ve been waiting over 2 months.

  1. You have not been waiting over 2 months. You placed your order on 2/7 and you paid for it on 3/24. So at the most less than a month as of now. Your order shows as delivered on 4/6 according to tracking. Says delivered to your agent.

  2. We no longer use reddit. Rarely do i go on there to check messages. The subreddit was banned as of last year. So it has no real use to me anymore.

  3. Do you keep record of your ticket number so you can revisit your tickets? If not then this could be why you don't have responses. Pm me the ticket number.

  4. If you haven't received and haven't gotten a response from my cs but knew about this site then why not just PM me here? You haven't pmd me once on this forum

Hi, yeah. I understand that I paid for the order over a month after I placed it - that's cause I used an extra app to transfer USD to bitcoin and it took forever - so I understand why it didn't come within a couple of weeks.

But even so, I had been commenting on reddit and submitting help tickets (which I never received confirmations for and were never able to locate). Most of my comments were left on read. I would refresh the page every other day and that you responded to other people but not me. It felt exploitative, and I've lost so much money and time because of this process.

I also never received my order. I don't know what happened, if it got intercepted or something. I've been checking my mailbox for weeks. Nothing. Is there anything that you can do from your end to locate them? Or can you issue me a refund? Like I said, i move out soon and will not be able to receive them at my shipping address for much longer.

Please help solve this. I spent hours researching vendors before ordering to ensure that something like this wouldn't happen, and your reddit reputability gave me hope. Now i have regrets.

I'm sorry to be hostile. I'm really trying to be straightforward but I'm so frustrated with your service.

Well the thing is we don't start orders till we're paid in full so you can't count that time it took you to get btc as us being slow.

We haven't used reddit in a long time. My last post was in July of 2018. That's why all of the update posts in our updates section on my site are links from this site. So I'm not sure why you were using reddit to contact in the first place. The last comment i responded to was 6 months ago and I even said in the post that I use this site for updates.

Not sure what your reddit name is either but i don't see any comments within the last 2 months on either of my posts nor do i see any pms on that account within the last 2 months referring to this order. So I'm not really sure what you're referring to. Based on what i see on my reddit account, everything you said about me ignoring your comments and pms isn't true. Even if you did send me comments or pms on reddit i still wouldn't have seen them since i don't log on there anymore so not “exploitative” in the least bit of ways.

As far as tickets there are no emails for that. When you submit a ticket you get a tracking ID for that ticket. There's only two options on the contact page for tickets.

  1. To submit a new ticket

  2. To view an existing ticket which requires tracking ID

I'm sure all your tickets have been responded to but you just never took note of your tracking ID. Also you've had an account on this site for 2 months and you've never pm'd me once even after all this. You didn't notice that we no longer use reddit and decided never to reach out on here till you did. There's only so much i can say to you over a comment so you need to pm me if you want to get this taken care of. I can ship to a new address. We don't issue refunds as per our site FAQ. Once you pay you commit to purchasing the IDs and you will get the order you paid for.

The reason this has taken a month is cause of what I mentioned above. Your turnaround time begins when you pay, not when you place order. I check my pms 2-3 times a week for those that struggle with tickets. I do everything in my power to make sure orders get received but at the same time you gotta do your job on your end by getting in touch with me if you haven't received. If tickets never worked for you then pming me here on this site is the next logical option.

This has nothing to do with our service being bad. Based on what i said before we got the order to you in our normal time frame according to tracking. If you never got it then your address may not have been completely sent to us. You may want to check your front desk if there is one. But again please pm me so we can get this handled!

Its not being a dick if you paid for a service and it's not given and no one has replied! I just want to know what is going on. If someone had responded to me and was kind I would be a lot more happy than I am now because I know things go wrong sometimes but geez don't ignore me

I submitted an order, however all the pictures in it are showing up blank. I'm wondering if this will be a problem when I pay for it and none of the IDs have pics attached to them or if this is just a glitch. Thanks love you :)

If it didnt show any pics in the cart then we probably didnt get them. Have you tried a new browser and are making sure the pics are 2 MB or less?

PM me order number and account email so i can have my dev look into the issue.
