novelty nation scammed me BEWARE ( self )

so i ordered from them last month and used venmo as a way to pay. my order status was “on hold” for about a week and a half, then it switched to “processing” for two weeks. During this time communication was almost none (probably two emails back from them that helped none). then about a two weeks ago they asked ME for an update on my order (like i would know lol) but then my order status changed to “completed” the next day which means it has been shipped. they claim three day shipping but i was prepared to wait a little more since everything else has taken sooooo long. but i have emailed them MULTIPLE times and messaged them through telegram with no response (i can see they have seen my response on telegram bc of the double check mark). still hoping that they are really behind right now and i’m not scammed but starting to lose it since they will not respond to any of my messages. i know they are a real vendor and have sent ID’s out to people but as of right now i would stay away.

Thank you for posting this. We as mods will investigate these claims and take action if necessary. It is you, the users, who hold the ultimate check on vendors. We would have no true way of knowing without you posting.

update the did email me back yesterday saying that it was “reshipped” Tuesday and should come in in a couple days BUT they have also stated that it will be shipped awhile ago (end of May). I’ll update again if it ever comes in

This also happened to me and my friend that ordered. It took 18 days to go from "On Hold" to "Processing" to "Completed". On June 24th their website was down, and so I emailed them to follow up. There was a response that said that someone forgot to renew the domain, and that my order would arrive soon.

Since then, they haven't replied to any emails and I haven't received my ID. It's been several weeks since then with no responses.
