Been excited to do a review on them since we started talking last Monday night. I knew I'd be eager to write them a view just based off how great of an experience I had with communication beforehand but was also scared that the ID would suck just because everything sounded almost TOO good to be true. I prayed to the fake ID gods (not idgod tho, that arkansas i had sucked a$$-- oops) in my nightly prayers for 2 days and was luckily left more than satisfied with what I received in the mail :). sorry im so drama, i just cant help myself. anyway...

Communication/Customer Service: [10/10]: or 12/10 tbh I'm just gonna say based on my experience with a lot of different vendors, the CS at 21done is second to none. Maybe it's my obsession with details, but there is nothing I love more than when I can ask a basic question and get a thorough af answer in a timely manner. The dude is so frickin nice and generous. Might have to send him a love letter ;)

Cost: [9/10]: On top of providing the ID in my hand in 24 hours, 21 gave this to me for FREE which was also just ridiculously nice. He's selling this for about the same price as a lot of the other vendors and I guarantee his is better quality and definitely faster shipping than the other guys-- also resellers this is definitely the move. He gives great deals on groups. I think there shouldn't be an additional cost on getting a duplicate though. ALSO: 21 has a policy where if you're not satisfied you can cut up the ID and send a picture back and he'll refund you the money-- top notch kinda vendor.

Shipping: [10/10]: This sht is literally better than amazon prime. I gave him my ID information in the early hours of last Tuesday morning and he went ahead and had everything ready and sent me a sneak peek of my ID within 5 hours with a message that said "just shipped". I can't make this up. Got it 10am thursday-- absolutely ridiculous. If you need an ID fast-- go with my boy.

Signature: [8/10]: I'd give the signature a 6 or 7 but I know they've already made some updates so I'll give it an 8 for that. It's a little too thin and if they could make the sketchy areas more filled in it would definitely look very legit. It's not too noticeable but if you look close enough you can tell. I know IL is thin but it's not this thin-- it's just gonna need a quick fix.

Template: [10/10]: The template really couldn't look any better in my opinion. I've seen reviews from people saying the colors could be a darker red but honestly whenever you're only using online photos of the ID to compare, the photos online always appear a darker color than it does in real life. I've compared the online nIL photos and taken this into account so I'd really say it's all 10/10.

Photoshop: [6/10]: Okay, I think this may have been on my part but long story short, I tried to smooth out my face in some of the pics and they noticed I used facetune from my photo file name and they told me to send the original because it would be a bigger file size and they'd smooth my face out themselves, but my face looks too damn good lol. Like no one looks this good in an ID pic, and then on top of that I think they need to work on using PS express to create better shadows, theres barely any in this except for the ears :/ it just sucks because this ID is sooo good but this picture just looks way too fake because of the lack of grain/shadows/hair photoshop and smoothed out face. If they fix this and incorporate some of dove's ps skills (or mine ;)), they'll be scaring the other vendors in the business big time.

Holograms: [9.5/10]: All the holograms are there but I don't know if they are supposed to be more visible or not since I don't have anything else to compare to. I will say tho, this little IL state border see-through dotted outline they got is sexy aff

UV: [-/10]: fml I don't have a UV light with me :/

Scanning: [10/10]: Worked in both apps I used-- all info pops up correctly, bless their heart <3

Overall: [9/10]: I aint nobody's bitch when it comes to reviewing IDs. I have been a changed person since talking to 21done. They are givers, they are lovers, they are fighters and if you want your money to go into good hands and get a great ID in exchange for it (in like 3 mofo days) then please without a doubt, go with 21d. They really do have a soft spot in my heart now and I can't wait to see them grow. If they fix that PS stuff (which lowkeyyy they should contact me for to do it for them bc I know exactly what to do ;) ) and if they actually did make updates already on the sig then this ID is perfection at its finest price. love you guys <3
