That would get cropped out for almost any state. Not an issue. Feel like I just looked at someone's chest for no reason. People have worn weirder shit. Depending on the state and the cropping she might not look like she's wearing a shirt. Idk maybe she's into that. It takes 0 cents to take a photo, so if she wants to retake it, go for it.
