I’ve been using OIS for about 3 months and haven’t really had any issues. The first order I placed with them, 3 months back, the tracking wasn’t updating at all, - they shipped UPS. While that was going on, I’ve placed about 6 orders with them and have recieved everything perfectly. That first order that never came they said they were going to reship which they did and provided me a new tracking number. USPS has been saying ( shipment recieved , package acceptance pending) since October 18,- it was shipped out October 16.

I placed another separate order after they said they shipped out that original order I never recieved. I have gotten the new orders, but this same order still says package acceptance pending. Anyone have any insight?? I also haven’t heard from them in 3 days but they usually have been responding to me every day for past 3 months.
