Novelty Nation vendor took my payment and will respond to inquiries ( self )

Would not recommend novelty nation. I ordered the product as a gag birthday gift and cake topper for a relative so I wanted a less expensive but still realistic looking novelty Id- I placed my order March 22/2022 and paid via Venmo on the 23rd. I then emailed a screen shot of the payment as requested to the novelty nation customer service. And then I heard nothing. So I emailed again to reach out and see if they had not received the first email. And got no response again. I waited 2 days and sent a second email and reached out via telegram. Again, no response. With the refusal to respond to inquiries and my order showing it’s “on hold” on their website…. I am left to conclude they are scam. I will now have to find the product elsewhere and I’m guessing that I will most certainly not see that 43$ again (paid extra for rush shipping with tracking number). Would not order from this vendor unless You are looking to give some money away.

your first message on telegram got buried sorry, we got back to you earlier today. we're not a scam. sorry your order didn't go out in the first batch though that's our bad. usually anything paid for by wednesday night goes out that friday but this customer did have to wait an extra week. that being said it should still reach you in time

I also am having the same issue, i’ve left them shit loads and they haven’t gotten back to me. it’s been 3 months now since i placed my order now i’m wondering if i’m the only one here.
