FYD Order Payment Help! ( self )

Im trying to process an order of 9 ID's, when I clock on "Next Step (Payment)" , It brings me to an all white page, and when I go to orders to see my open orders, I only have 4 of the ID's showing up. Im doing it through google chrome, not sure if thats the problem but it still shows the 9 ID's in my "order form" when it asks if I would like to add another person! Help!!

Clear your cache or click 'reset order' something happened I just tested and works fine?

Just tried to re-enter everything, now only comes up as 3 ID''s in my order. When i click payment it takes me to an all white screen, not a gateway, Im on chrome, should I not be using chrome?

Changed to Internet Explorer and it all worked out! I need these before May 17th if possible! Payment completed already, thanks a bunch!
