INTRO: I've been reselling IDs since 2018, but this is my first experience with a domestic vendor.
I will be writing this review from a reseller's perspective.
COST: 9.5/10 - They are currently running a "fiftyoff" coupon. This combined with the reseller discount makes them by far the best value of any vendor I've seen ($20/ID +$12 for duplicates).
If you don't order a duplicate, these are the cheapest IDs around. If you do order duplicates, these may be slightly more expensive than some of the chinese vendors which offer $25/ID with
free duplicates, but it is absolutely worth it. Duplicates are honestly not even necessary with the quality that these guys offer, but I felt that it was worth mentioning.
COMMUNICATION: 10/10 - There's not much I can say here. These guys respond instantly and are always helpful.
SHIPPING: 10/10 - They use a weekly batch system. Batches end every Monday at midnight. I ordered my IDs on a Monday at 11pm and received them by Thursday afternoon with USPS priority shipping, which is free for orders over $100. That's about 60 hours from order time until ID in hand. There are VERY few vendors which can beat this speed, and none that will do it for free.
TEMPLATE/SIG/HOLOS: I don't have a real nIL to compare this to, so I can't confidently give a review on this aspect of the ID. All that I can say for sure is that nothing sticks out as fake
even after a close inspection, and I have heard many other reviewers say that these pass instate. Checkout someone else's review if you'd like to see an actual comparison.
PHOTOSHOP: 10/10 - Photoshop looks great.
SCANNING: 10/10 - Scans perfectly, even at places where other IDs have failed in the past.
STATES OFFERED: 1/50 - Illinois only, although they mentioned releasing new states in the near future. I'm on the east coast but I don't see this ID ever being refused if you act correctly, no matter where you are.
ORDER PROCESS: 8/10 - I'm going to say right off the bat that ordering from 21done was easier than any vendor I've ever used. They offer resellers the opportunity to create your own
website with the domain name of your choosing so that customers can enter all of their information themselves. The only thing you need to collect from your customers is a screenshot of
their confirmation page which has their last name and an ID number which is all that you need to submit their order. This saves massive amounts of time and made my job as a reseller much easier. They also allow you to preload a balance onto their site so that you can submit orders without having to send a payment each time. I haven't used this yet but I definitely will in
the future. Their orderform (which is copied onto your website) is fairly easy to use. I have only 2 small complaints with the site. 1. I think that the photo guide could be simplified.
People seemed to be somewhat overwhelmed by the guide and said that they couldn't find a good picture spot. 2. The signature pad is a little finicky and was deleting some people's
signatures when they tried to scroll down on the page. They were able to submit it eventually, but it should have just worked the first time. It would also be nice to see a system which
automatically forwards their ID number / last name to a section in your account to make it even easier to organize/submit big orders.

CONCLUSION: 10/10 - Overall I would recommend 21done to anyone - reseller or not. You absolutely can't go wrong - their customer service, quality, and speed is top notch.
