EVOLVED! I hate to be that dude but i've been going through you for years with little to no problems. My order has been on placed for almost a week when I sent BTC within a few hours of placing the order. I opened a ticket and they have been friendly and helpful, however even though I sent the hash and screenshots from blockchain showing the exact amount of BTC was sent my order is STILL on placed. It's order #15X 8-9 OHs. I understand everyone is busy and this shit takes time. It's just the 2 weeks max turn around time I promised my clients is now turning into 3. I just want to get this problem solved ASAP and make sure everything is straight so we can continue to do business. Thankyou :)
