+1 No one has had any update from him and he keeps pushing back his catch up date, while still taking new orders and not giving any update. He posted on his site last week that he would be caught up by the 18th, now its the 22nd and he is gonna change it again as he still isn't caught up.

update - he changed the delay once again on 12/27 and that "most" of the orders are complete, when no one I know that has been affected by this delay has received any update, its just overall super sketchy and not how he should be acting

All tracking has been posted and all of it has been scanned in. I changed the dates based on the information available to me at the time. We have a track record going back years of shipping extremely quickly (we are the only vendor to have ever achieved a perfect 10 on the homepage for average shipping time), high quality product, good customer service, and overall reliability. We had some issues with staff and had to move production resulting in some delays, by far the worst in our history. While it is unfortunate and obviously not what we want, I tried to keep the website updated and worked hard to get everything out as quickly as possible while still maintaining security and quality. Please let me know what I can do in the future to ensure that I am acting how I should be acting.

Agreed no replies in support/live chat and ordered over a month ago. Date has been pushed back several times I have lost count. Just recently it’s been delayed from the 18th->20th->22nd. I think the probability of this being an exit scam is higher than the probability of it ever shipping.

We have a multi-year long track record of reliability. Curious what about this situation resulted in the odds being in favor of us doing the worst thing possible, when for so long we have done everything right to serve our customers in the best way possible, especially considering the nature of this business. Tips and suggestions are always appreciated.

I also believe that IDKing is exit scamming as well. I have opened multiple support request over the last month and they seem to close every one.

Can confirm they are not exit scamming. Lately he's had production issues because outsourced the production, which resulted in a lesser quality product. He's currently in the process of bringing production back in house and making necessary improvements. My most recent order shipped out last week.

When did you place that order? We have a gc full of people that ordered 2 weeks before thanksgiving-thanksgiving week and no one has gotten a single update, it may seem off the edge to accuse him straight up but he has changed the expect date so many times its hard to trust that hes gonna hold up his word

That order was also placed during that timeframe. I’m a reseller so the order was given priority. It still only arrived a couple of days ago. He was extremely backed up, but is catching up now. I’m sure regular orders will begin shipping soon. All this info comes from his reseller outreach.

yup this is ridiculous beware of 21 done rn.... same boat here since November 22nd..

We didn't outsource production. I personally just stepped away for a bit and we had some staff problems that resulted in quality issues. To fix that, production had to be moved and restarted which is complete and all is well now.

We fell behind a few batches over this but things are corrected now and quality is back to the high standard we've always had.

Batch shipments will now go back to week after week consistency as they always had been before.

We shipped out thousands of IDs getting caught up. All orders in the system now have tracking, which will update when scanned into USPS system tonight or tomorrow. Thank you for your understanding.
