I'm going to be very, very, very nitpicky with this as I am comparing with a legitimate u21 TX DL side by side. I am going to be very critical as I hope OIS takes these criticisms and uses them to make a good ID even more awesome.
Communication: 9/10
Answered my shipping timeframe question reasonably quick.
Cost: 8/10
For $120, it's pretty nice.
Shipping: 8.5/10 Took about a week to ship but since I paid for express, it was sent via FedEx Priority which was very quick.
Signature: 9/10 The lines on my real ID is about double thickness but I don't believe this will be a big deal.

Overall at first glance it looks good. Here's all the discrepancies (even the tiniest ones that probably don't matter) I've found though:
- Right off the bat I noticed that the top portion of the ID with "Texas" and the city skyline was shifted about 2 or 3 millimeters down when compared to the real deal. It's most noticeable when looking at the top right hand corner with "USA TX" as there is noticeably more space above than there should be. This is probably the biggest and most problematic discrepancy, in my opinion as everything is shifted down so it affects the whole front of the ID.
- "Texas" should be ever so slightly less dark.
- The lines making up the Austin city skyline at the top isn't quite as bold so the skyline looks a bit more faded than it ought to be.
- The font and signature on the signature line for the Director needs to be like 25% ish less bold.
- The raised birthdate looks a little too good. The real one is taller and looks ever so slightly more "shitty"
- The text for the labels (e.g. class, Hgt, DOB, etc) of the different fields need to be slightly less bold
- Again, virtually all of the text at the back of the ID needs to be less thick/bold.
- The intricate patterns in the front are pretty decent. Wouldn't stand up to scrutiny side by side though as the OIS ID has comparatively less definition and seems slightly more faded especially in the yellow area around the DL # and DOB.
If I didn't mention it here, it most likely means it's good enough and doesn't have issues.
Photoshop: 6/10
LEgit Texas ID photos are always super saturated and look almost grainy. The picture on the OIS ID looks too good, too real compared to a photo on a real ID.
OVI: 5/10
Overall it will definitely not stand up to a side by side comparison and even on it's own, if someone was suspicious to begin with, it might tip them off. The left oak branch looks okayish but the right olive branch is a hot mess of green blobs. The overall shape of the seal is good but the star at the center looks very slightly bent if you look very closely.
The position of the seal is slightly problematic. On the real u21, when viewing the ID in its native portrait orientation with the top of the ID being 12 o'clock, the 6 o'clock of the seal should be located right on top of and almost centered between "4d DL." Instead it is all the way up touching "9 Class". The 12 o'clock position ought to be located right at the "0" of the 07 of the "UNDER 21 UNTIL" portion. Instead, it is located above the "U" in "UNDER 21." Colorwise, they match reasonably well.
UV: ?/10
I do not have a UV light. However, on the OIS ID, the UV picture and birthdate are printed in a way that allows you to VERY clearly so them when the card is angled and catches the light in a certain way as the UV picture and numbers are glossy and stand wayyy out against the matte card. You'd be very hard pressed to find any hint of UV printing with your naked eye on a legit Texas ID.
Scanning/barcode: (tentatively) 9/10
With the exception of a small part of the barcode header data (not sure if it matters or the significance of that section), the formatting is absolutely awesome and on point. However, aesthetically, the individual elements of the pdf417 barcode on the fake looks more "thicker" which makes the barcode overall look darker. Doesn't affect scanning though. Passed BCS.
Stealth: 9/10
Pretty efficient and nice way to conceal the IDs when I got them. Stealth shouldn't be an issue at all, I think.
Microperf holes: 8/10
The fake micro-perf doesn't let as much light through and isn't as clean and sharp as the real deal, but it's pretty good I'd say.
Misc:
When held up to the light, the fake lets through a lot more light versus a legit card.
The very edges of the fake feel a lot rougher like it was recently just cut with school scissors versus the legit ID that has a smooth edge even when you first get it. I'm sure wear and friction will mitigate this though.
Overall: 7/10
This is my first fake so I don't know how the quality of fakes vary as a whole. With that being said, overall it looks really nice for the most part unless you start nitpicking. I am unsure what security features people checking IDs usually go for so I honestly don't know if the flaws matter as much, especially for out of state. However, the fact that the alignment is out of whack really makes this hard to recommend this to those who want to use it instate unless you already know the easy places to hit up.
