21done Organ Donor missing? ( self )

I have had a 21done for over a year and have loved it. Their CS was amazing to me but I’ve become a little worried about the holograms being too weak, so I decided why not spend $45 and buy a dupe that’s brand new. I shelled out the Bitcoin and received my ID. I received the ID and the holograms were BEAUTIFUL. However, the signature is much noticeably thicker and although the ID says Type: Org, there’s no IL red insignia. I contacted CS and they they said it’s fine. However, I’m just unsure that actual organ donor IL IDs don’t come with the insignia anymore. I live near South Beach/Miami and the bouncers there have seen so many different IDs from around the world, I feel like I would be rejected just by seeing the missing insignia. I’m unsure if the state of IL no longer puts the insignia, regardless my issue date is 2/8/20 and they most definitely had it then. My OG one had it and I never ever got questioned. Again, I only bought a dupe because I had begun to get questioned about how my holograms were starting to fade. Any advice would be appreciated thanks. Don’t get me wrong, I really like 21done as a vendor. I just can’t wrap my head around the fact that every review and every picture online has the TYPE: ORG with the red IL insignia that shows you’re an organ donor. As well as the thick signature difference and overall lettering thickness worries me. Again, I don’t mean to be rude, I’m just here to make sure I’m good to go.

Hey i noticed this too on my order. Basically the Type : ORG means original and not corrected so it’s not inconsistent but I did notice that mine’s missing the insignia too when I checked the organ donor box on the order form

It’s hard to say but one of the IDs I ordered definitely has a thicker font than the rest. I thought it was a little sketchy but I’m not sure how noticeable it is. Also if you have a UV light definitely check the back on your photo

Damn so you think the signature is no good? I don’t have a UV light available, I just trust in what I got lol so hopefully it’s fine

their signatures are usually fine just one of mine looks thicker than the rest. I think it’s fine though just noticeable enough to someone who would already know

By someone who already knows you mean someone like a bouncer? Or someone that has seen my other older thinner signature ID? If it’s a bouncer, I’m screwed because the bouncers down here know everything and they don’t really let people slide, they’ll hand it straight to the cops after taking it

I also received my order, and it’s missing the “donor” insignia. ORG is just for “original” (meaning you didn’t lose your original ID. It’d say “DUP” otherwise), not donor status. It is still unfortunate it is missing the insignia since I noted I wanted it to show donor status. Also - when compared to a real Illinois ID, the signature is very noticeably thicker. It looks like a quality issue. Hopefully these issues can be resolved.

Is the signature truly that bad? I contacted them about it but haven’t heard back. I’ve heard things like the signature is based off new physicals or whatever. It just seems so absurdly thick to me personally.

This is the correct answer the the ORG meaning.

If you selected organ donor on the form submission and received an ID without the organ donor insignia you are entitled to a replacement. It's just that for that to be true there would have to be a programming error, while not impossible, hasn't come up recently as an issue but who knows, let's see and we will get it replaced right away.
