ngl 21done literally ONLY makes Illinois. They are reliable and also have 4 day shipping. FYD is also reliable but takes a bit longer/have a larger fan base.

Had a group order of his NILS a while back. They came really quick and were good quality as long as you submit a good picture and a signature. FYD is an OG and has been one of the most reliable mofos out there from what I have seen in the past few years, cant go wrong with him.
