Scammed by novelty nation? ( self )

Hello everyone, i ordered an ID through Novelty Nation through cashapp. Ordered on 4/6, and it is now over 3 weeks later and my order is still on processing. I have had very little communication through telegram to them as i only get a response once every week or two. I dont believe this is the normal wait time and i was curious if i was outright scammed or if others had similar experiences through this vendor. Thank you.
