It has come to our attention that a run of OVI sheets were made with an improper ratio and are faint at best. If you received a shipment notification on 7/23, 7/24, or 7/25, there is a decent chance that your hologram is less than stellar.

If you receive(d) an order containing any IDs like this, contact us privately using email or wickr, and we will immediately ship out replacements as well as provide a coupon for 1 free ID. The free ID will ship separately, unless you want to delay the shipment of your replacement by a day or two, as we are currently in the process of reproducing all IDs that could have been affected and will be finished before sunrise.

It is quicker for us, and you for us to just remake the entire batch and have it on standby. We would love to just reship all of these automatically, but knowing that some of you have to plan your package deliveries around parents or your schedule, we will ship replacements as soon as requests are made.
