Haven't posted in a bit and just wanted to try to keep all of you up to date as to what's been going on in the background.
I haven't been able to go through my PM's/tickets yet because the site is still on the old server that's giving me connectivity issues. I tried to get through tickets yesterday but it took me about 4 hours to go through 8 of them.
Teslin 1 Orders
More tracking has been posted and most orders up to early/mid March have been shipped out. There are 3 orders from Jan/Feb that haven't been shipped out/getting reprinted for various reasons: Bad photo error (corrected), bad shipping address (corrected), Updated shipping address. Those orders will ship out in the coming week or so.
All other orders are going to continue to update over the next week. Turnaround is back down to 3-4 weeks and will be getting back to 2-3 once we get all March/early April orders out!
Teslin 2 Orders
I know quite a few of our customers have messaged me or my CS about not receiving their full order or completely missing ME/MO IDs from their order.
We encountered an issue where some people were missing/not displaying in our batch downloads. We didn't realize it till people started letting us know. We had to do quite a bit of work tracking down who got their IDs and we finally got all of the missing people getting printed and shipped out.
If anyone is missing any IDs after this batch goes out, don't hesitate to open a ticket asking for admin assistance. As soon as the site is on our new server I will be getting back to my usual self in regards to customer service and answering my messages!
