Yes that happens you have to get new names from whoever you sent to get a refund and resend to the new names. WU can be weird

Using a bitcoin atm has never been easier! Using our system, and I'm sure plenty of other vendor's systems, you can use the bitcoin barcode provided during checkout, walk right up to ANY bitcoin ATM, enter in your phone number, verify via sms, select a 4 digit pin typically, and then scan the barcode provided during checkout. Then you enter the total amount due in the atm, select done, and that's it! You use the barcode provided at checkout as the 'wallet' and it goes smooth as silk! Less hassle than WU, and you don't even have to deal with a real person. Bitcoin atms are everywhere. You can find one here: https://coinatmradar.com/ or by searching Google for "bitcoin atm near me". Otherwise, it all depends on the person receiving the funds. Some countries have different flags in place for certain amounts of transactions or transactions coming from certain places. If the receiver doesn't regularly change the name used to receive the money, problems like you described will eventually happen. Be careful with certain dollar amounts and WU. There are IRS reporting requirements and SAR forms related to WU for certain amounts depending on location. Good luck!

It depends on the vendor. At 21done.ph, we don't require you to have a wallet. You can use our barcode directly with the ATM.
