My order has been stuck on “origin post is preparing shipment” for 23 days, no clue whats going on.

yeah I ordered on the 12th of feb and it’s still saying the same for me but my friends ordered a week after me and got theirs? Makes no sense

Eub says it departed for usps on the 3rd of this month & its still giving me the same tracking message, i hope its not in customs
