I get that it sucks working for free and you should always be paid for your work, but the 'hall of shame' page on your site probably does you more harm than good overall for your business.

Before you work on their order, do you actively tell people you're going to post their personal info if they don't pay you?

Anyways maybe just don't offer to do work prior to payment, or don't print prior to payment? Anyways, just saying there's probably more effective methods of resolution.

I get the frustration, believe me. We typically start working on orders ahead of receiving full payment too so we can keep shipping times as low as possible, sometimes we get stiffed, it sucks but what can you do, just part of the biz.
