THEIDGUY - Do the IDs actually scan or not? ( self )

Seeing mixed reviews when I go to the IDGuy's reviews tab. I see that he's the only verified Australian Fake ID maker, but some people are saying that his cards do scan at nightclubs but some are saying they don't. Could I please get a straight answer whether these do in fact scan or not at clubs? Thanks in advance.

I've used TheIDGuy's IDs, everywhere I've used it has worked. It really depends on where you go. They always update the Scantek software, as well as the other providers, and TheIDGuy always improves the templates and stuff to compete, but Australian IDs are hard to make. Just like all IDs, even some real ones scan as fake so you could probably make a good excuse for something like that, but my experience has been really good and I've been using the same ID for 2 years. Ok no worries, did you get the NSW one? Also what are of nightclubs have you tried it in ? Im in Queensland, Brisbane

I have both a NSW one and a VIC one. I'm based in NSW, so I use the VIC one. I've been to clubs in Kings Cross, where it is mandatory for ID scanners to be present. The NSW one isn't as good in the sense that it is probably a bit harder to perfect due to the complex hologram and magstrip on the back, but I have used the NSW one in TAS.

I would personally recommend the VIC one, it looks the most legit.

I understand, it is a bit pricey. Just realise that real IDs scan fake as well, and not all real IDs are printed the exact same, there will always be some alignment and print quality issues, especially in NSW where the microprint is usually a slightly different colour and in a different position, as well as the hologram being slightly out of alignment, etc. If your card scans fake, just ask them to scan it again. Also make sure to remember all stuff on the card, including address, signature, star sign, etc.
