So I submitted an order with FYD, applied the 50off coupon, and was shown an order total at the bottom. After I paid with Western Union and tried to submit ny receipt information, I was shown a different order total, as if the coupon had never been applied. I contacted support as soon as possible to make sure that this issue was handled, but the only response I got was "You'll be fine". My order was marked as payment denied and after 2 weeks of back and forth with support they asked me to refund the Western Union. I went through all the hassle of creating a new order with all the new information, calling WU and refunding my order, paying the WU fees again, and yet as soon as I logged back into my account to submit my WU information it had the exact same problem and had unapplied the coupon. I contacted support within 5 minutes, but 2 days later and I still havent received a response and my order has been marked as "payment denied". Its now been over 3 weeks since I originally paid for my order, and I have not seen anything from FYD that would make me think that they are trying to resolve the situation. This has been my first negative experience with them, and it is causing some serious issues for me as now everyone in my order will be getting their IDs 3-4 weeks late.
