Does anyone know how you’d be able to track your order through 21done if you checked out as a guest when making an order? I created an account with the same email I used to purchase aswell but the order still doesn’t show up for some reason. Tried sending in a ticket with no response aswell as a message through wikr with no luck.

If anyone has any previous experience with this please let me know. Thanks

21done Vendor —

Wickr is available in the evening hours. Tickets are responded to in the order they are received. If you made an account after the fact, it does not automatically link the order if you checked out as guest. We must manually link the order, which we will do based on the ticket as long as the information matches up.

Yea I sent in a message on wickr 2 days ago, I just figured I would have got an email anyway that way I wouldn’t need an account regardless. Thanks for the response though I appreciate it

Wickr messages should be cleared out nightly so make sure you are messages the correct name, maybe try a difference device and new account.
