Introduction: I am Canadian. Our drinking age is 19, or 18 depending on where you are in the country. I ordered on behalf of myself and some friends (10 or so group order).

Uncertainty Factor: Medium

Communication: 11/10 - IDViking is insanely attentive to their customers. I'm literally blown away by their customer service. They've treated me better than Amazon does, lol. This is truly where they shine, their IDs are likely as good as most other ID vendors here but they offer one thing I'm certain other ID vendors don't: quality customer service. When I originally wanted to get my IDs, I was very new to this thing and I was a complete pain in the ass, sending dozens of emails back and forth talking over the plans and asking for different special exceptions to be made for me because I was cautious after getting scammed by CorruptFakes a while ago. Each and every time, they delivered polite, respectful, kind and very, very fast replies to me. To date, my email chain with them is over 150 emails (my replies + their replies) in length, and not once have they been anything but professional with me. For every single one of my "special exceptions" I have asked for, I was either given them or I received a valid alternative, or an understandable and reasonable explanation as to why it wasn't possible. I won't go into specifics here, but seriously -- they are incredible. You can get an ID from a million different vendors, and they'll all probably look pretty similar, but IDViking knows what it takes to stand out among that crowd, and that's customer service - something they get very, very right.

Cost: 11/10 - Their IDs are already a very good price, but I was able to get an even better price on account of my group order.

Shipping: 7/10 - They throw in free shipping, which is nice, but the shipping time is quite long. If I were to estimate from time of payment to time of delivery, it'd be about 3-4 weeks per order (most of my IDs were sent as a batch, so I received them all at once). Their stealth was also fine, nothing to worry about there. If you want an ID, by all means go with IDViking, but maybe inquire about paying extra for priority shipping / rush production if you need it soon.

Photoshop: 10/10 - All of my IDs are well made, and well produced. Some of the photos are very slightly off if you look at them hard enough, but that's likely a result of poor pictures being submitted, not their photoshop skill. None of my IDs have been called out when I've used them thus far anyways.

Template: ?/10 - I'm not from Washington, and I've only seen pictures of WA IDs, so I can't vouch for how many tiny features IDViking gets right on the IDs. There are holographic overlays and stamps visible under the right light on the IDs, and all of the text is printed clearly and legibly.

Holograms: ?/10 - As said above, I'm not from WA so I can't vouch for how these compare to the real thing, but to my untrained eye I wouldn't call this ID out as being fake. The hologram overlays look well made and are not blurry or anything like that, very crisp and clear.

UV: ?/10 - I have not tested any of my IDs under UV light. I can't vouch for how, or if, these IDs have UV security features. It would make sense to me that they do, if they've put this much effort into the rest of the ID, they likely also have UV features. Check other reviews for this.

Scanning: 10/10 - All of the IDs I received scan properly on BCS. No complaints, they work great.

Signature: 10/10 - I provided signatures for each of my IDs in good quality, written in felt tip sharpie. I'd assume the signatures are easy anyways, just drag and drop onto the template. Regardless, they did well with the signatures, and nothing about any of the signatures on any of my IDs look fake. Very well done.

Conclusion: 11/10 - There are tons of vendors on this forum and other forums offering the same products. IDViking is no exception, you can likely find the same things they offer on many other vendors pages. Where IDViking shines, as said above, is in customer service. In the end, since you're going to be receiving a similar product no matter which vendor you go with, what really matters is what the vendor can offer beyond just the product. The IDs that IDViking sends work, that's what matters there, but their CS... just, wow.
