Should I put a middle name? And should I use my actual name? ( self )

ordering an id later today (tn). Should I put a middle name on it? I also am unsure about putting my real name or not...is there a general consensus about whether a fake or real name is better? I was thinking about putting my real name but spelling it using a different common spelling but I've heard that a fake name could have an extra fine/charge if you get caught and I don't know if that would count
